2010

What a year!!
This year brought many adventures! Throughout the year, Mark has been working full time as an engineer, taking science classes and studying for the MCAT in hopes of getting into Medical School for 2011. After lots of long days and late nights..............He has been accepted!!! We will be leaving the states on a one way ticket to St. Maarten on December 30, 2010. We will be spending the next 18 months of our lives on an ISLAND! The reality of it all hasn't set in yet and it is all so bittersweet. We are very excited for this new chapter in our lives. In hopes of getting in to school, we tried to travel as much as possible during the year. We were very fortunate in that we were able to travel to 4 countries and several states.
We were in London for the New Year, Mexico for dive trips and a beach weekend with the Eggmans, our honeymoon in the Dominican Republic and in Canada for our one year anniversary.
We also went to California, Texas, North Carolina and will be going to New York in mid December to visit Jillian.
We have been trying to spend as much time with family and friends as possible. We have lots planned between now and the end of the year. We truly are going to miss everyone!
